Grady Gaubert

President & CEO

While still in high school, Grady Gaubert started working weekends and holidays at Gaubert Oil Company, which his grandfather had founded in 1926. After attending Louisiana State University, he worked in the company’s operations division. When his grandfather retired, his father took over. Gaubert worked for him for 26 years before becoming the company’s third president in 2005.

 

Melissa Neal

VP Operational Accounting

Melissa Neal serves as Vice President of Operational Accounting. Melissa is responsible for accounting and financial operations. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University. She joined the GoBears team on November 21, 1994 and began her journey as a administrative clerk. Melissa has been a part of the GoBears family for 15 years and counting.

 

David Williamson

Vice President of Retail

David Williamson heads up the convenience store, foodservice and gaming division as vice president of retail operations. He has been with the company for just over three years and is responsible for the forward vision and day-to-day operations. Along with a marketing degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Dave has enjoyed a seasoned 25 years in the industry. 

 

Wayne Theriot

VP Finance

Wayne serves as the Vice President of Finance. His responsibilities include budgeting, accounts receivable, external reporting (including banking) and all management reports. Wayne joined the GoBears family in 2014.

 

Charles Roe

Director of Business Optimization

Charles serves as the Director of Business Optimization. Charles works with all departments to ensure the operational processes, practices and resources are optimized to support business needs, company growth and financial objectives. He has over 30 years of retail and food operational leadership experience. Charles joined the GoBears family in 2016.

 

Chad Thibodaux

Maintenance Manager

Chad is the Maintenance Manager for Gaubert Oil Company, Inc. and Gaubert FoodMarts Inc. Chad's responsibilities include maintenance of fleet of trucks, convenience stores, and fuel and oil tanks. His experience consists of HAZMAT Training, DOT Compliance, the Dangerous Good Council, Inc., CSA Training and TCS Training. Chad has been a part of the Gaubert Oil family since 1997.

William Steib

Director of Facilities Development & Project Management

William Steib is the Director of Facilities Development and Project Management. He is a licensed Architect and Contractor. He is responsible for the design and construction of new facilities, existing facilities and is a consultant to the Maintenance department throughout GoBears. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University and has held a Contractors License for twenty five years. William joined the GoBears team in December 2006.

Brandy Braud

Human Resources

Brandy Braud serves as Human Resources Manager. Brandy is responsible for all functions of HR including: recruitment, hiring, employee benefits, etc. She earned her bachelor's degree in Management and Master's degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University. Brandy worked in HR in the healthcare field for 10 years before joining the GoBears team in 2014.

Jennifer Holder

Food & Casino Supervisor

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the retail, food & casino industry. She manages the daily activity of our Southern Eatery restaurants and casinos. Her responsibilites include overseeing the staff, ensuring inventory control, proper equipment and supplies, quality customer service and compliance with all food, beverage video poker regulations. Jennifer joined the GoBears family in 2014.

Carla Bergeron

South Stores Supervisor

Carla Bergeron is a retail supervisor for GoBears. Carla’s responsibilities include: direct supervision over managers & staff of several locations in the Galliano, Larose and Houma areas. Carla has been employed with Gaubert since 2004, starting out as a manager and becoming a supervisor in 2011.

Crystal Breaux

North Stores Supervisors

Crystal Breaux serves as a Field Supervisor for Gaubert Foodmarts Inc. Crystal has been with GoBears family since 2010. Crystal is responsible for mentoring and training managers and staff at store level. As a part of the GoBear team, outshining the competition with GREAT customer service is Crystal's goal.

Bridget Stein

Accounts Receivable

Bridget Stein serves as the Business Processing Manager.  Bridget is responsible for the Accounts Receivable department for Gaubert Oil Company, Gaubert Food Marts and Lucky Star Travel Center.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Agribusiness from Nicholls State University in May of 2004.  Bridget joined the GoBears team in August of  2007.

 

Autumn Doucet

Accountant

Autumn Kern currently serves as the Accountant for Gaubert Food Marts. Autumn is responsible for all accounting functions related to the c-stores, casino, and restaurants. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Nicholls State University in 2014. After graduation, Autumn joined the Gaubert team, where she served as an Accounts Receivable Clerk for Gaubert Oil Company. Shortly after, she was named the Accountant for Gaubert Food Marts.

 

Stephen Robert

Information Technology

Stephen M. Robert serves as the IT Manager. Stephen is responsible for all computer, network & communications. Stephen has worked in the IT field for 18 years before joining the GoBears team in 2016. Stephen graduated 1999 from L.E. Fletcher Technical College in Industrial Electronics Technology where he also earned his FCC (Federal Communication Commissions) C.E.T (Certified Electronics Technicians) Licenses.

Emily Randolph

Marketing Coordinator

Emily Randolph serves as the Marketing Coordinator. Emily is responsible for all digital and print advertisement, building and maintaining websites and all social media accounts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Nicholls State University. Emily joined the GoBears team in 2016.
